- Spectrum Association Management
Big Springs HOA is managed by Spectrum Association Management. Tabitha Clark is our Propery Manager and Eric Franklin is our Site Manager. They offices are located at 17319 San Pedro, Suite 318, San Antonio, Texas 78232, (210-494.0659). Hours of operation are: Monday Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except for holidays).
Spectrum works at the direction of the Big Springs Board of Directors to represent the Association in providing for the physical maintenance and operation of the common facilities as well as administer the services of all contractors providing services to the Association.
Additional responsibilities include collecting assessments, making disbursements, establishing the budgets, keeping financial records and maintaining all administrative records of the Association. The Association has other responsibilities, at the direction of the Board, such as gathering all information required by the ACC and submitting homeowner requests to the ACC.
Residents can log into the Spectrum website and access their accounts, pay their assessments at a small additionsl charge, and submit ACC proposals.

Two local stations have traffic reports during rush hour: 1) 550 AM (KTSA) every 5 minutes on the 5’s, and 2) 1200 AM (WOAI) every 10 minutes on the 10’s. KSAT-TV is also good for storm coverage and school closures.

Trash containers & services are provided by Allied Waste Services. Website is www.disposal.com and the Customer Service phone number is (210) 304-2700. Trash collection takes place twice a week on Tuesday and on Friday. Recycling pickup takes place early on Tuesday only. Billing is quarterly.
- Vehicle Registration & Driver's Licenses
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is responsible for driver testing, licensing, and vehicle registration. You must complete and mail in a voter registration application at least 30 days before an election in order to vote in Bexar County. There are 4 ways to get an application: 1) ask for one at the local public library, 2) call the Voter Registration Office at 335-VOTE (8683) and ask for one to be sent to you, 3) visit the Elections Office at 203 W. Nueva, Suite 3.61, or 4) download, print, fill out, & mail a voter registration application from the Texas Secretary of State website www.votetexas.gov.

- Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower
